Step 2 · Owner
The order lands on the live board
Every new order chimes in with its table, dishes and notes. The floor plan shows what each table is doing; guest requests blink on the table that asked.
- → Find your order under New, marked Paid online (demo) if you paid
- → Tap Accept to send it to the kitchen
- → Tap a table on the floor plan to see its whole bill
Step 3 · Kitchen
The kitchen cooks from its own screen
Large tickets with the table number, dishes, notes and a timer that turns amber at 15 minutes and red at 25. No prices, no money.
- → Tap Start cooking, then Ready
- → Watch the guest's phone move to Preparing and Ready by itself
Step 4 · Waiter · Ravi
A guest without a phone
The waiter picks the table and orders from the same category tabs. The order is tagged with his name.
- → Pick table T6, add a dish from Indian Mains, send to the kitchen
- → Open the order: a waiter cannot cancel or change it
Step 5 · Manager · Sunita
Only managers change a bill
A manager can change a quantity or cancel an order, but must give a reason. Every change shows in the order's history.
- → Tap Edit on any order, remove a dish, write a reason, save
- → Read the history: who placed it, who changed what and why
Step 6 · Owner
Settle the table and close the day
Tap a table to see every round it ordered as one bill, and settle it in cash, UPI or card in one go.
- → Tap a table with orders, then Cash
- → Check Still to collect at the top go down
Step 7 · Owner
Set it up for your restaurant
Design the menu with a live phone preview, lay out floors and tables, print QR cards, add staff PINs and switch the colours to your brand.
- → Menu: add a dish, switch one to Sold out
- → Tables & layout: add T9 to T12 in one go, drag them into place
- → Settings: pick a brand colour and watch the app change
